Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Sweetwater Handyman LLC ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located in Green River, WY, United States. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By hiring our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are subject to change if additional work, materials, or time are required due to unforeseen circumstances.
• A signed estimate or agreement is required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or electronic payment.
• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
• Unpaid invoices after 30 days may result in legal action or referral to a collections agency.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed without penalty with 24 hours' notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide a safe working environment for our employees.
• Grant access to the property during agreed hours.
• Inform us of any hazards, structural issues, or other relevant information before work begins.

7. Warranties

• We guarantee workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials or products will be passed to the Client where applicable.

8. Liability

Sweetwater Handyman LLC is insured and takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural or design defects.
• Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or third parties.
• Any injury on-site unrelated to our work.

9. Limitations of Service

We do not perform tasks requiring licensed professionals, such as major electrical, plumbing, or structural work. For such tasks, we can recommend qualified professionals.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement if:

• The Client violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Unsafe conditions are present.
• The Client fails to make timely payments.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the Small Claims Court of Sweetwater County, WY.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
